The Problem

Autonomous mobility is no longer just a vehicle or routing problem.

As robotaxi services move from a few geofenced pilots into many operating cities, a messy operational layer becomes visible:

• where pickups and dropoffs should happen,
• how event-day closures are communicated,
• how roads with degraded surfaces are flagged,
• how mapping systems and fleet operators stay aligned,
• and how public agencies, venues, and residents coordinate around all of it.

Today, much of that work is fragmented across:

• city traffic teams,
• venue operations,
• manual closure notices,
• public reports,
• mapping tools,
• and fleet-specific coordination channels.

The opportunity is to build the shared operations layer for robotaxi-ready streets and curbspace.
