The Problem (with evidence)

The Pain: Accountants and bookkeepers spend an absurd amount of time chasing clients for documents. Bank statements, receipts, tax forms, invoices, contracts — clients promise to send them, then don't. The accountant sends 3 follow-up emails, the client replies with a blurry photo of a receipt via WhatsApp, the accountant manually saves it and categorizes it. Multiply by 50-200 clients.
